Recommended dentist for scleroderma

Hi everyone. I wondered if anyone knows of any good dentists in the tayside area who has experience with scleroderma patients? All my front top teeth are pretty loose and one is threatening to fall out,i don't have any problems with skin around the mouth but i have read scleroderma can slacken teeth and thats exactly whats happened to me,i live in dundee but haven't been to a dentist for years but now I'm even more afraid to go because im not sure if this autoimmune disease complicates things?
