Hi everyone. I’m Caroline and I’m 25. Nice to meet you all. I’ve always known my hands were strange. People used to make fun of them because they’ve always looked “old” I . I have raynauds,Sjögren’s positive ANA and little to no strength. But as of recent my hands have been going insane. Swelling, tightening, can’t open them all the way, ulcers on my hands. And now I can see my tendons and veins So clearly. My skin is shiny and my finger skin is THICK. I can barely move it around. This morning I flexed my pointer finger and my tendon jumped or moved over something? It was terrifying. Any help or comments are welcomed and appreciated. I’m so worried

Has your rheumatologist mentioned CREST syndrome to you? This looks like a common part of CREST (the s is for sclerodactyly)
I think you should ask to see a rheumatologist.Good luck x
I agree with the whom gave you the first two replies. What is not clear to me is that in you photo your hands are not swollen.
