I have recently been diagnosed with raynauds, I also have mctd. Any recommendations on how to keep on top of it and reduce symptoms?

I take high strength magnesium tablets and vitamin b12 at bedtime to relax muscles and aid sleep as for Raynaud's I've given up on medication waiting to go for infusion it's tuff one mctd is complicatedEvery day is different I do hit days of very sudden fatigue, been bit short breath and my blood pressure has been on the 160 -170 most days to high
