Everytime I'm with my partner, we're making love, everything is going fine untill the climax comes, exactly at the time i ejaculate i feel shivers in my body especially in the right side of my head and face and the back side of neck, i went to a few doctors but i don't think they were able to diagnose me properly, and i'm here still with this problem! Anyone has an idea?

It doesn't sound related to Scleroderma.
Have you tried going to an acupuncturist? Your meridians might need rebalancing.
