I am in shock!

Enhanced care and mobility!!!

Was on middle rate care and high mobility on DLA, condition has changed with addition of Angina and degenerative disc disorder to add to my Scleroderma but did not expect to get the enhanced rate.

Well done you, nothing more than I am sure you deserve. It is a shame that there is no consistency from DWP when accessing claims for this disease, it is really vital when applying that you tell them EVERY little detail about how this disease affects daily living.

I have tried 3 times for PIP and could not get it. Even tried to get the decision changed they would not let me have it. So are they giving us PIP for this illness at last. I hope so. It would help me a great deal. Trouble is we dont always look ill and the people assess us are not up on are illness.

I had expected to have to appeal as i did when I was refused ESA on the changeover from The old benefit.

I listed everything and sent 2 supporting letters from my Rheumatology and gynaecology, I received a home visit within 3weeks of my forms going in.

The lady who came was a Paramedic and she had obviously read my notes and looked up Scleroderma before she came, i still keep re reading the letter expecting to have find a catch.

The award is for 10 years!

I like you hope all get the correct results from now on as the system is so unfair!
