redness on all fingers distal joints

have had symmetrical redness across all distal fingers not as much on thumbs. almost looks sunburned and has some light brown border around rash like a hyperpigmentation. any clue what this may be?

I get something a bit like this. I suspect that it's just a bit of damage from the raynauds, I don't tend to worry about it too much, I just keep my hands well moisturised, I find that Lidl's intensive hand cream very good.

what ingredients does the cream have. I have been using Cerave and Eucerin as a moisturizing cream. Are there specific tests for the raynauds

Yes, the raynauds and scleroderma society fund tests so get in touch with them. The cream has a lot of ingredients tbh, but it's one that I find really helpful.
