Hi, i use CBD oil and find it helps with generalized pain, headaches, and anxiety. Start slowly, using a couple drops and increasing each day until you get to a dose that works for you. I only need 5 drops twice a day. I find i can'ttake it too lose to bedtime as it affects my sleep. Maybe because i take the majority of my meds at that time too. I also like the CBD cream for areas that are particularly painful. It's pricey but a very small amount covers a large area, so the tube lasts a while.

Hope this helps:-)

I vape CBD (the best stuff is from Holland). I have only noticed positives. It's not a cure, but it does help.
