Wondering what most of you use during a cold , I have such bad pressure in my ears lately and I have a cold also not sure if I’m developing tinnitus along with all my other symptoms , but it’s been a while now that I’ve been having this head pressure kind of swishing sounds in head . But now with a cold it’s twice as annoying what can I take to ease the cold symptoms at the most ?

I get rather bunged up in the head and ears with a cold and it lasts for a long time. I buy menthol crystals from the chemist or Amazon and add boiling water to a very small amount and inhale. It clears everything and helps you breathe. However as this sounds like you already have some other issues would be best to see your GP.

Antihistamines :)
