I read about eating a few almonds to take care of heartburn and it is working for me. I previously took two omeprozole tabs a day for my gerd and heartburn but want to take less so am trying it with only having to take one tablet a day now and eat a few almonds if I feel a little acidy be then take a couple antacids if needed once at night so am pretty happy with the results! Maybe this will help someone else who doesn't like to take so many darn pills a day👍
