I've been given a diagnosis that tells me I have a centromere ANA 1:1280, can anyone tell me what this means please, also ct scan shows a little mosaicism & a couple of small nodules on one of my lungs. Have appt with rheumatologist this week, but just wondering if any of you out there can enlighten me please.
