Tight skin

Hi all, I hope you are not suffering too much in this extreme weather. I am wondering if anyone else is experiencing the same symptoms, I have uncomfortable feet, they feel as though there is a tight band running across the bottom of my feet and looking at them the skin is really tight, it gets worse throughout the day. I moisturise every day and night and am not sure what else to do or if this is Raynauds linked or completely different. I also have tiny little spots appearing under the skin on my palms in little patches whcih is really itchy and today I have noticed some appearing on the soles of my feet too. Any advice or reassurance would be much appreciated.

I would suggest that you see if it goes away in a week's time, if not see your GP.
