Hi,

Not too sure?! Have you googled to see what info is on Internet?

I know putting my hands & feet dipped in warm water helps relieve symptoms.

Good luck, take care

Hello there. I am sure a nice warm foot soak would do no harm at all. Make sure the water is not too hot. If I may, I would like to share my feet pampering recipe with you.

(1) A bowl of warm water. (2) Some salt (cooking or sea salt). (3) A few drops of tea tree oil. (4) A few drops of lavender oil. (5) Some organic olive oil and or organic coconut oil ( as much or as little as you like). (6) Some malt vinegar ( softens the skin and helps to soften toe nails to make nail clipping easier). When you are satisfied, remove your feet from the bowl, gently pat them dry with a towel or leave to dry on their own. You won't need any more moisturiser but you can use your favourite cream afterwards if you like. I am allergic to anything scented so I don't add anything more.

If you have the energy and can reach the soles of your feet and heels whilst soaking, use a loofer, a brush something similar to scrub. If you have anyone around that can help, even better. Warm up and pamper your feet at the same time. This is also good for the hands. Delicious!

You can buy all the products mentioned in shops like Savers, Superdrug, Poundland and 99p Shop.

I always have a good supply at home. Hope this helps.
