Has anyone with Raynauds had any angina problems, the one you get at rest. Especially when you get cold in the day.

Heart races at night and wake up sweating. Could though be perimenopause symptom or could be angina as I have been cold in the day time, caught out mainly in the Spring and Autumn when the weather changes. Or could just be a coincidence. Trouble is if I get cold in the day, I worry that I am going to be bad at night, so could be stress also.

LOL, I went through this for years. You need to join the FB group called "The Hot Flashers" that is where I realized a lot of symptoms I had WERE Peri-Meno related and I was not dying Those are totally Peri-meno symptoms... It's a great group and you'll learn a lot Good luck!

Thank you, I had such a bad night last night, thought I was dying!!! I have seen a cardiologist, he says it is not angina, but I have no answers!! It was cold yesterday in UK and I got a bit cold outside feeding my guinea pigs, and had an awful night! But I did panic that it would happen because I got cold in the day, so silly. But my mum thinks that my temp control is up the creek because of peri-meno, as I am 49.
