Is there anything that can keep my fingers and toes warm when I go out side in the sub zero weather.
Have a look on the RSA website to see the variety of heating aids available. I find the HotRox to be my saviour! It is so easy to use for the hands - I take mine everywhere with me. raynauds.org.uk
Hope you find something suitable for you.

I find the silver gloves from the RSA helpful Also a product from HealthSpan (CIRCULEASE) works very well.
Hope this helps
I have found nothing except not being out long and hot socks and mittens when I come in till they are warm.
Hi Lazio
I am new so this forum and so only have my own experience. I too struggle to keep my hands and feet warm. Indoors I keep all the doors open and the downstairs radiators at no 3 and all the upstairs ones on full wack ( no 5) this keeps an ambient temperature in the house. I drink lots of hot drinks and wear 100% sheepskin boots as slippers. Outside I wear ski gloves. I have sheepskin liners in my walking boots which help (Edinburgh wool mill) and again drink things like hot choc. Hope this is useful. KiKi
As mentioned previously, a lot of Raynaud's sufferers find silver gloves work (rsa-shop.co.uk) especially if you layer them under other gloves, lots of layers can really help your hands to maintain heat. Thanks.
Its just as important to keep your body warm! If I just attend to hands and feet there's no warmth available to conserve! Hard to not look like a "Michelin Man" but lots of thinner layers as well as a fluffy air trapping layer somewhere. eg as Im here replying to this I am wearing 3 layers on my legs (trousers and 2 pairs of long johns) plus merino wool socks and yeti boots as slippers; and top half , long sleeve vest, long sleeve tee shirt, fluffy sleeveless gilet and a fleece over that! And no i dont live in a fridge! Ambient temperature is 21 C. I must admit I have had a much better winter than usual, given that we had relatively few icy days. I didn't have to resort to battery operated heated garments as often, but they are also a very helpful resource, especially exo jacket and warmthru insoles. And a regular intake of hot food and drink! So yes, it is possible to stay warm but it needs careful layering and planning - and exercise helps too.
Try hand warming gel packs, that you can buy in home bargains for example.they are very good. Also, really recommend deep heat muscle rescue cream.it,s Amazing,!it has a pleasant smell, rosemary and vanilla .£2.99 from all good chemists . Have it at Asda,!seems innocent when u first apply, but then becomes very. Warming and soothing ,don't get it in your eyes!put cotton gloves on top to prevent that happening,I worked on chemist counter at Boots for many years ,but had to give it up because of ill health,so it's good t be able to pass on my knowledge.hope this helps!also try ginkgo byloba,it helps the body to pump blood to the extremeties ie;fingers toes and nose.
