Lost prescription

Hi all sorry for spelling errors not easy to type on a mobile. Can anyone offer advice for the following issue? My doctors signed my repeat prescription on the 1st of this month and tesco's pick it up and do all that business. They didn't get my prescription last week due to an error at the doctors. I rang them today and low and behold they lost my prescription. Between the doctor signing it and reception. They have already admitted they lost it and an official complaint is going in tomorrow. Aside from doing this and moving doctors what other action can I take as I feel worried about the possible implications with my details being lost ....
