I have't long been diagnosed, I get it mildly in my hand at the moment, but what I would like to know is."how quickly can it develop and get worse"?

My Issues

Sadly I don't think there is an exact answer to this, some people seem to progress with the illness much faster than others.
I have suffered with Chilblains since infancy. It then progressed during my teens so that it was not just Chilblains on my toes but my feet going completely numb & changing colour. Into my twenties my fingers then started tingling & changing colour too & now present day in my thirties it affects both hands & feet entirely & I now know it to be secondary Raynauds.
Some people seem to progress within a matter of weeks/months, it all comes down to the individual.
yeah, mine went from 'not really that bad' to ' reallly reallly bad' in a week!!! like springsong said, it takes as long as it wants!!!
Thanks for that guys, gives me a bit of an idea what I am facing and what is to come in the future, I told my family the other week, not sure if they were surprised or what, They did't give much of a reaction.
