thumb injection

Got my thumb joint injected today. The tendon is shrinking and causing the end joint on my thumb to lock. Very painful to pop out. lids, buttons, handles, etc always a challenge. Hopefully this will help, but if not will need a operation. Has anybody else had problems with the tendons?

Not sure if mine are tendons but my thumbs crack all the time, they lock then i have to crack them and sometimes they click non stop all day everytime i bend my thumbs. Took vitimin tablets and stuff but nothing seems to be working.

Hope things get better with your thumb :)

Thanks, It seems to be fine after the injection but i don't know how long that will last.
