I looked up a term for this: dysania. Googled. Already do a lot of things on the "overcoming" list. I have anxiety and depression. I take medication.
I'm stuck. I really just want to stay in bed. Who deals with this and what works?

Same. I just want to stay in bed ... and my accommodation being just a bed in a room doesn't help much. It's common with depression. Try to get vit D even if it's trough supliments and magnesium. Can you sleep at night? I can't
I take Trazodone. Sometimes I will still wake up during the night. Staying in bed is like hiding from the world. It is Depression/Anxiety related. In my psychiatric history (I'm about to turn 60), I remember doing the same thing in my 20's. I had a part time job starting at 1pm. I would stay in bed up until the latest time to get there.
Thank you for responding. While I know that this will pass, going through this is painful.
