Hi the Normal dose is a 7.5 one tablet they do have a smaller dose, may i ask are they off a Prescription from your Gp, if so it's 1 night time,

Depending on the dose - 1 or 2 - your GP will tell you . Do not take more than the dose prescribed.

I find 3.75 mg works for me
