Dealing with disrupted sleep

I was diagnosed last year with moderate to severe sleep apnea and was fitted with a mask, this initially proved to not fit correctly and then I stopped wearing it, which meant I started snoring loudly again, I then tried the mask again and now sleep soundly each evening but still wake up exhausted - my Apple Watch helps so I can see my sleep patterns and encourages me to aim for better sleep

It takes a while to get used to the mask but it is worth in the end.
