I have anxiety I deal with as best I can insomnia I have had off and on this I had the menopause about 8 years but is been good for a out 2 years and suddenly out of the blue it's back haven't slept for 3 days and I hate it the pain in my eyes and all the thoughts back I'm going to die and the worry of trying to make myself sleep u go round in a circle because u start thinking about if your going to sleep to night then u cant sleep because your thinking about it so much calming messages would help to make me feel better so I know I'm not alone thanks

Hi scooby your never alone with all of us reading this and that so many people with similar probs ..not even spoke of mine yet cos I’m too busy trying to soothe everyone else but I’m to my bed now ..I’ll drop you a line tmr..let’s hope we both get some sleep .....and we will ,!! NtNt
