I sleep an entire night because of a dosage of dopaquil that I take at night. Even with a full night rest I feel tired and take naps. If I was not stopped I could most likely sleep most of the day. I also get frequent headaches and it helps the pain to sleep. My parents say it is all in my head. Am I just making myself believe that I am tired or is there something else
Why am I so tired: I sleep an entire night... - Sleep Matters
Why am I so tired
Sounds really tough. It sounds as though you are sleeping too lightly, and that can happen i even if we sleep for 12 hour nights. If we don't sleep deeply enough we feel awful in the morning. There are lots of things we can do to deepen sleep quality. Some of them, like turning off electrical devices and wifi, taking a magnesium supplement, and making sure that we are hydrated, may also help headaches.Below is an extract from something I wrote on improving deep sleep. You will find more on line. I hope that you also find support from someone who understands. Good Luck.

How can we improve the quality of our sleep? Here are some tips:
Diet
Sugar and carbs fragment sleep and lighten sleep quality. Fibre deepens sleep. If you are waking in the night, stick to protein (chicken or fish) and veggies in the evening, with good fats to provide the energy that the brain needs to sleep well.
Consider your need for Vitamin D, B12, B6, magnesium, iodine and selenium, all essential for good sleep. 80% of us are estimated to lack magnesium, and given its role in relaxation and sleep it can be particularly useful.
Hydration
Our brain can’t function properly if we are dehydrated. Deep sleep is a demanding activity for the brain and deficiencies have a marked impact.
Light
Lack of daylight and sunlight limit our ability to make Vitamin D, serotonin and sleep hormone melatonin. Nighttime ”blue” light from screens decreases our melatonin and disrupts our circadian clocks. Go outside in the morning, spend 1/2 hour in the sunshine with your skin exposed whenever your shadow is shorter than you, and use colour-changing apps on gadgets at nighttime.
Calming the mind
Sleep hygiene, cognitive behaviour therapy (CBT), and mindfulness can all calm our mind. Many doctors recommend CBT, with a therapist or on-line. These techniques often work, especially if used in conjunction with other methods.
Have you checked your iron levels? Also low B12 and Vit D can cause sleepiness/fatigue.
It could also be the hangover form Dopaquil - when I take Zopiclone I could sleep the whole of the next day. Maybe change the time of the Dopaquil (Dopaquel?).
If it is Dopaquel - Seroquel - then this to me would be the most likely culprit. If you are only taking this for sleep I would recommend you stop (if it is Seroquel) as it is a very potent drug that shouldn't be used just to get someone to sleep.
Check your TSH.
If your TSH is over 2 your Thyroid is under acttack.
They dont tell you this.
You have chance to delay your Thyroid being destroyed by optimising vitamins and gluten free diet.
Check your Thyroid antibodies and vit levels privately.
