Im new here.

I have surpine sleep apnoea

I work 12 hr shifts, rotate days ,nights .

Have you any advise on to best coup? With tirdness,anxiety,good sleep practices

I'm sorry I don't have any advice as such, only to say that I was exactly the same when I used to do those same shift patterns as you.

I'd do 8.a.m till 8.p.m one week, then the other way around the next week & so on. It played havoc with my health & my body clock was all over the place. I did it for about 18 months & never got used to it.

I left in the end & was fine after.

Some people can do those shifts & some can't.

Supine sleep apnoea is sleep apnoea caused by, or made worse by, sleeping on your back. Sleeping on your side or on your stomach should help.
