Hey guys : My name is Jillian, I have... - Sleep Matters
Hey guys
Hello Jillian,
We all want to FEEL & BE well, as wellness allows for a far better quality of life !
I believe effective strategies are available now more than ever - more than ever !
I started a thread on this forum just over 2 weeks ago, & posed a question - you'll be able to find it, by looking at my profile page & seeing a link to it there. See my other replies there too, for some more potentially useful information.
The BIG pointer I'd give is in the general direction of considering & looking after your microbiome, . . . . so that it, in turn is able to look after you better. Its a GREAT time to start learning about this relatively newly-focussed area of our health.
Hope you'll make a start TODAY by looking at my previous thread on this forum.

Hey silliesalamander,
I have the same 3 diagnoses as you, and after years of sleeping with some help from some drugs, I now sleep fairly well without most of the drugs. It's kind of strange if you think about it working that way. I do take 50mg trazodone and 400mg quetiapine. I can't take anymore than these doses of the meds or I get much-unwanted side effects. But I'm okay right where I am.
I think one of the most helpful things I do is keep a bedtime routine of preparing and going to bed about the same way, same time range most nights. I hope you find your answers soon and get some good rest. Best wishes and best of luck.
