Sleeping fine but Waking up

I can fall asleep fine because most of the time I’m tired for no reason. However as soon as I wake up my mind starts racing about all my life problems and I get depressed before my day even starts. Any advice on waking up with a clear mind.

Hi FindingTree,

There was an interesting interview with a sleep expert Matthew Hall on ITV television on This Morning today. It was very interesting to listen to and he has written a book on the subject.

Maybe worth a look 😴

It could be that the quality of your sleep is not good. It could also be that your depression is the real cause of your problems and not sleep.
