I'm so tired, I didn't get much sleep last night either. I only managed to get about 6-7 hrs worth of sleep. 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬They really have NO clue!

Getting 6-7 hrs of sleep are considered my GOOD nights. I get 4 hrs of sleep on average 😭 People jusy say, "Don't use your phone before sleep", "Drink tea", "Close all your lights". Like if it were that easy, I wouldn't be struggling w insomnia and damaging my health for this long ;;

They say "I truly understand I am the same as I only sleep through to 4am". Sleep to 4 am! If I did I would boast that for me it was an excellent night's sleep.x
