I hear this phrase so many times it makes me want to scream. As we get older we need at least seven hours sleep. The other statement I hear is keep busy during the day and you will feel so tired at night sleep will come.

Most people I know my age seem to sleep more bit less. Strangely often the busier I am the less I sleep.x

I love when people say take a nap haha

Well I can't sleep any time. And mds don't recommend naps.

I lived for years like this but I'm finding over the last month I can't tolerate it and I'm becoming physically sick. Time to call the md

Difficult to keep busy if you feel knackered all the next day if your Doc has given you Z drugs to help you sleep.
