For those that are struggling to sleep I would talk to your loved ones or friends about it as they might have a different look on things and suggest something that you wouldn't even thought of trying to help and also it helps to get your feelings off your chest rather than keeping it to yourself which I know first hand doesn't help anyone, not even yourself! Plus keep badgering the GP they will refer you eventually!

This is such a great point mrsk06 - I was shocked to find out how many others close to me struggle with sleep. It definitely helps to share!
