Finding it hard to stay asleep?

I recommend you try having sleeping tablets but don’t take them regularly as you will become addicted and they become less effective.

My GP prescribes be 28 tablets every 6 months and no more. I have come to use them as a security blanket. When I am awake I think that if I can’t go back to sleep at all, don’t worry as I can take a sleeping tablet the following night to get a nights sleep. That takes the pressure off which means that it increases my chances of getting back to sleep. And then I should not need to take tablet the following night.
