What would you suggest to someone else who is struggling to sleep?

Try not to stress about it - the more you worry about it, the worse the problem will get.

Try doiingvrelaxing things instead to stop you thinking about the problems

I have trouble too. And then i do start to worry about it and it makes it worse, but cant seem to stop myself. I’ll sleep two nights then get 2 maybe 3 at a stretch the night after them. Its something that really bothers me.
