NIGHT TERRORS

I have Night Terrors from time to time. I wake up in the night, its dark and I start screaming.

I don`t remember in the morning. Apparently I was screaming last night and my boyfriend had to calm me down. I was very upset that I had a night terror again and did not want to go back to sleep. My boyfriend was scared for me

Have you been to see the doctor yet? You should go see a sleep doctor to figure out why you have those.

can you look at things in a different way? just a suggestion? what if your boyfriend didn't tell you anymore. if you don't remember in the morning, maybe you don't need to know. would that reduce your anxiety, if you weren't worrying about doing it as much as you are? x
