i have a pain behind my left shoulder blade could this be sjogrens related i was diagnosed 12 months ago

i have had the pain over a week now i have trouble getting to sleep as it hurts wen i lay down also wen i get up i went to the doctors but he dos not know what it is

Maybe a severe build up of tension which has caused the inflammation. If you're left handed, this could well be the case. Massage and heat-packs maybe the way to go.

Arthritics goes with sjogrens if you take a probiotic powder and 3000mg of Grapeseed in a tablet, the pain should go.
