Can Sjögren's syndrome be prevented?

So far, it does not seem that Sjögren's syndrome can be prevented. More research is needed into the factors that actually cause a person to start forming the autoantibodies involved in the disease.

Sjogrens can not be prevented it can be controlled in my case it is in my genes, my mother had it and when I think back my grandmother had all our symptoms as well.
