How common is low blood presure in SS ?

Recently been diagonsed with SS Cutanious Lupus , Vasculitus and multi nodular thyriod , I wonder if low blood pressure is common with SS Sufferers ??

I don't know if it is common but I always had low blood pressure before I had kids, which was about three years after being diagnosed with SS, but it increased to normal and has stayed there after pregnancy.
