My NP has no idea what this is. They come and go hurt really bad and get very itchy when they are healing. I have raynauds and my mother has fibromalcia. I get pain and numbness in my hands and wrists. I'm getting so frustrated. I saw someone with bumps similar and they said they had sjogrens.

Mystery bumps
Could it be hives ? They can be a reaction to some food or medications. I have a reaction at the moment to an antibiotic for a chest infection, rash on chest and arms .
It is familiar and I also get several small bumps in an area. Mine is more like eczema with occasional large bumps. Mine is definitely related to what I east and stress as is eczema. Try a simple diet plain meat, rice and a few veges with adding a new food group after a couple of weeks. I react to food with high acid foods like citrus, tomatoes and peppers. Strangely I also react to coconut and jicama. Good luck!
I have had one on my little finger for weeks anddon’t know what it is. Mine isn’t painful. I am getting some on my scalp that are painful. I am new to all this and trying to work out if I may have Sjorgens. My main problem is dry eyes. Hope you get a better resolution.
I have Raynard’s and experience these bumps on my toes. I’ve come to believe they are chilblains.
Another possibility is granuloma annulare. I’ve had a granuloma annulare tumor removed from my foot and these bumps continue to pop up on my toes on that foot 25 years later. Do an image search for interstitial granuloma annulare and see what you think. It is known to occur with Sjogrens.
“One or more skin coloured or red bumps form rings in the skin over joints, particularly the knuckles. The surface is smooth and the centre of each ring is often a little depressed.”
“Localised granuloma annulare usually affects the fingers or the backs of both hands, but is also common on top of the foot or ankle, and over one or both elbows. Annular rings may be solitary or multiple, and grow outwards maintaining the ring shape before eventually clearing.” Source: Dermnet
