Lip biopsy results

I recieved the results of my lip biopsy it shows features consistent with sjogren's but level of inflammation is low, with a focus score of 1.2.Any ideas anyone? I just want a diagnosis and some treatment

I've had a diagnosis of SS for close to 20 years from a blood test profile. I've never had a biopsy nor been suggested to have one. I take an anti-inflammatory. Otherwise I use natural remedies to address symptoms which are mostly annoying. Are there treatments that directly address SS?

Hi Susie W2, I am new to SS and am only suspect at this time. I am negative on blood tests and being encouraged to have the biopsy. I am not sure the biopsy is definitive for Sjogrens either. What natural remedies are you using that help with symptoms such as dry mouth? Thank you.
