Feeling of rope across my neck?

I've had this feeling occur now for the last 3-4mths and it just comes out the blue, from one side of my neck to the other and it's like rope being pulled on my neck tighter.

I've been looking and read anxiety besides stress can cause it, yes i have manic depression and high levels of anxiety but this happens when i'm carm, as i also read it can be lymphoma?

It's not a nice feeling and quite uncomfortable and causes me to keep stroking my neck to take the pressure off.

You must see ur doctor to tell him! I have Sjogrens and I have trouble swallowing sometimes! It’s hated for me to eat meat! My mouth so dry that even my teeth dry! I am not sure it’s Sjogrens with ur neck! If I were you I’d have doctors check it out and mention the Lymph Thing! It can’t hurt! Please let me know how u make out! I wish u the best! Godspeed
