For those diagnosed with Sjogrens, do anyone of you experience extreme fatigue before it rains; the barometer falls? And if so, how do you deal with it? In my part of Canada this year it is getting to be almost tropical at least rainwise (summer temps were OK too, but we are now into fall).

Sjogrens and weather-related fatigue
Hi Sam , i live in Ireland so it can be wet and only occasionally humid but when it is humid i find it very hard to cope with as i get fatigued very easily. I find changes in the weather, particularly extremes do cause problems .
Keep well , best wishes 🌸
Hi, I find when extremely humid, my bones hurt. When in Singapore a few years ago, it hit me instantly as I got off the plane, as I went into airport waiting for connection, I had to lie down. The tiredness hit me too. This was the worst case I have ever had, sticks in the memory.
Hydroxychoquine helps, if I try reducing dose (400mg daily), my hips play up. Deep ache and hard to move.
I'll have to pay attention to whether my fatigue is weather-related or not. It just got cold here in MN last week. And the humidity has been around 80%.
I have a green tea supplement that I can take for a little added pep. Not good to take regularly though. Have to rely on actual tea for that. Also make sure you're getting enough, but not too much, Vitamin D. Also, I was fortunate to find a Naturopathic MD who gave me a Rx for low dose of Testosterone that helps a lot.
Very much so Sam, I live in the UK and the only thing I can do is wait for it to rain as then the pain eases a little.
