Omg, the pricks are devastating today..My scalp, face, eyes, arms and legs. EVERYWHERE😩 My Plaquenil was increased to 400mg. daily. Seems like has always been good days/bad days..Recently I started with 2 good days and then a really bad day, but I felt encouraged. But then it became multiple bad days. Now it's been dreadful for the past 3 or 4 !! My Gabapentin has also been increased to 1200.I'm scheduled to be tested for Small Fiber Neuropathy next month. Dear God, how can I get some relief 😢

Caeryl, I just saw the Rheu. and my blood work shows neg. for SS ???But lip biopsy suggested SS.... So, she's not convinced I have SS... Anyway she is treating it with Plaquenil..and like I mentioned, good days and bad. Today is a good day. Not perfect, some Paresthesia, but not intolerable ! She doesn't have any answers for me. Waiting on the SFN Test next month. They continue to rule things out..but, unable to diagnose anything 😳 So, basically, all I can do when it is unbearable is take Seroquel or Trazadone and eventually doze off ‼️

Yeah - They tried to put me on Plaquenil at one time and I ran when I looked it up on Drugs.com. On the other side, I have nothing treating my SS... I wish I had a good answer for you...
