The UK NHS realizes that many women, as a result of childbirth, suffer from urinary or bowel incontinence (and sometimes both) as a result of childbirth - especially a traumatic childbirth. To help prevent thousands of women trying to live with incontinence as a result of giving birth, they are creating a new and very comprehensive program. You can read about it at this link:

This is the kind of program I wish was in place in each country, and as I live in the USA, I wish we had something like this. I am afraid we don't have anything like this.
