Newly struggling with incontinence, very overwhelmed can anyone please chat with me private chat?

Hi everyone,

I’m newly struggling with incontinence and I’m really overwhelmed and embarrassed about it. is there anyone who can talk to me and offer support or advice in the private chat?

Nothing to be scared about. I've been a bedwetter nearly my whole life, now 71. I use diapers and plastic pants to keep me dry. My wife is very supportive. Don't be embarrassed about it. It's estimated that 1-2% of the population are incontinent, but that's only the people who admit to having this issue. I believe it's probably at least 10% or higher. Hang in there. See a doctor who specializes in incontinence . They are a tremendous help.
