A recent review found that behavioral therapies often did better than drugs, and that sometimes a combination of therapies provided the greatest relief. What's great about this study is the finding that non-invasive therapies really do work! And above all - they all work better than doing nothing - which is what many women opt to do, thinking that nothing will work or nothing can be done about urinary incontinence.

We need to let women know there really are things that work and can help many. And it doesn't involve surgery.
