I want to welcome all of our newest members. I want to reassure you that this is a safe place to discuss your questions, concerns, fears, and victories with urinary and bowel incontinence.

This is a respectful place, too.

As the admin, I will try to get back to everyone as quickly as I can and I hope the community will help respond quickly as well when questions are asked.

If you prefer, you can use that Chat option to privately discuss things, too.

Thank you for joining with us! We hope that by discussing incontinence openly and honestly, we will reduce the stigma surrounding it!
