I have certainly suffered from this ... but didn't know it actually had a name!

This is one I can testify to. There are times just stepping in to the cold can set things off much like the sound of running water or wahing your hands. Thanks for sharing.

Yes, men's bathrooms have very little privacy, and it has to change. Their design and lack of privacy, trash bins, etc., is so poor. But there are nonprofit groups that are trying to change that, and so we have to support these groups and "make noise" about how bathrooms need to be greatly improved, much safer, and much more sanitary in addition to realizing that many men need room for wheelchairs, canes, walkers, places to do self-catheterization and a place to change incontinence products of all types and sometimes clothing as well.

We do have a lot of work to do to improve things, but I think we will slowly start to see this changing. It would be awfully nice if we could speed things up though!
