Hey,
Thanks a lot for sharing it here. I'm sure it will help many people I still remember when I was telling my partner about incontinence - she was the first person that I have ever talked about it except for my parents. I can't even imagine, how stressed I was back then when I told her about. It was really one of those very moments, when you question your very own existence. Thankfully due to overcoming this anxiety back then I became more confident and open about talking about my problems.
So to simplify it: Don't worry that much - I still know that you will, but if this person loves you then he/she won't have any problems with accepting you despite your health problems! You can't really lose here!
