Telling your partner about your incontinence can be really difficult. This link shares how one loving couple was able to have this conversation and it has their tips on both how to start the conversation and how to listen and support. I thought this was good advice and worth sharing. netdoctor.co.uk/healthy-liv...

Hey,

Thanks a lot for sharing it here. I'm sure it will help many people :) I still remember when I was telling my partner about incontinence - she was the first person that I have ever talked about it except for my parents. I can't even imagine, how stressed I was back then when I told her about. It was really one of those very moments, when you question your very own existence. Thankfully due to overcoming this anxiety back then I became more confident and open about talking about my problems.

So to simplify it: Don't worry that much - I still know that you will, but if this person loves you then he/she won't have any problems with accepting you despite your health problems! You can't really lose here!
