(please respond) Is there implications if a SC patient use CALCIUM to strengthen their bone that feels weak?

I am SC and It's been a year now that I was saved from the claws of sepsis, it nearly took me. They said I was infected with bacteria and it overrode the whole immune system. Since then, I haven't been as string as I used to be, bone feels weak and even in the night, my legs feel weaker, so much that it feels heavier to control while working . But I am still hoping that I would be back to how I used to be. My question is can I use CALCIUM to aid the strength of my bones?..

You should be taking multivitamins that contain zinc, magnesium, and calcium but no iron anyway. Not sure what a high dose of calcium will do.

You can do some exercise to strengthen your muscles after a long illness, but be careful not to overload your heart.

Iron overload.

Our blood cells don't last long (4 weeks as opposed to normal 12 weeks). As the old ones are destroyed, they overload the liver and other parts of the body. By products of this destruction is bilirubin (yellow eyes) and iron. Taking more iron than you need overworks your liver.
