Hi everyone,I'm new here,I'm a carrier too...21years,crisis hits often,pains regularly,yunno nobody really understands the pain so I felt if I could talk to people that are like me,I would feel better,that's y I'm here......I don't know if there's an exercise meant for sicklers.... at times I can't walk well,not pain,just like an internal dislocation that prevents me from walking properly,I don't know what to do I'm booked for a scan tho..anybody here experiencing the same??...also priapism???

Yes. I’m sick a lot. AS but have crisis often. Abdomen is on fire. Becareful trouble walking could be a serious hip problem

First of I'm not sure why people use the word sickler rather than living with "sickle cell"? Pls see your GP as what works for some might not work for you also light exercises helps blood circulation.
