surgery

I have sickle cell anemia homozygous and it is killing me I wish to undergo a bone marrow transplant surgery but as you my know it very expensive thus I am writing to ask is there an organizations that would fund my surgery . please enlighten me .

Where abouts in the world do you live? If u have regular crisis and need transfusion regularly, you might be entitled to free transplant in some countries but please be aware there are complications from having a transplant such as a rejection which might make you worse than you already feel.
