Hydroxyurea symptoms? Zoom meeting?

Did anyone attend the zoom meeting yesterday?

Is anyone taking hydroxyurea and having any regrets or withdrawals? I live alone and feel as if I need some expert advice on what to look out for and how to cope and manage this medication versus me trying to figure it out on my own. My doctors are great and gove me advice but would like to hear from someone who is actually taking this medication.

I have been on hydroxy for over 2 years and so far I haven’t had any regrets, theres been an improvement in my WBC ( white blood cells). At a time i started developing pains in my knees and hips but it is not in anyway related to the medications.

Though u still get crises every now and then but haematology doctor’s advice that u keep taking it.

No I didn't attend the zoom meeting yesterday but I will tell u that I've been taking hydroxyreau for some time now and I can say that I dont have any regrets because I've noticed my blood level has gone up and I tend to have fewer crisis wit this medicine and haven't noticed any side effects at this time.
