Hi! My name is Michele and I am an Endometrial Cancer survivor. I would love to lend support to anyone in need. I was diagnosed while undergoing IVF and went through a year of hormone therapy in order to be able to conceive. I am 18 months cancer free after changing to a mostly plant based diet and eliminating processed foods. I am her for anyone who needs!

Hi there! I am happy to help in any way I can. Please know that I am not a nutritionist and that my experience is only my own. I completely cut out all processed foods, meat and dairy. I also cut out soy however I now know that was not necessary. I use an app called Yummly that helped me get organized. It allows you to filter and eliminate foods you do not want in recipes.
